Lawyer Nursery Inc. is the current owner of Panorama Terrace and the Clark Fork Reserve. The land of Panorama Terrace was originally settled by James Cleveland in 1908.  Charles Lacock purchased the land in 1932 and eventually the property was sold to the Harbine family in 1956. Lawyer Nursery purchased it in 1988 and has farmed part of the ground ever since. 

The idea of the Panorama Terrace community was first conceived in 1992 as a unique location that could provide the amenities of a rural life on the river and witheasy accessibility.  Panorama Terrace is not relevant to the farming activities of Lawyer Nursery as it is wooded and has incorrect soil types for growing their nursery stock production. Lawyer Nursery is pleased to offer 10 lots, each with its own unique attributes. 

The Clark Fork Reserve is a separate property adjacent to the Diehl Ranch, another farming location for Lawyer Nursery just outside of Plains. This one of a kind property is almost an island in the Clark Fork River. The lush foliage, abundant wild life and undisturbed environment make this a rare find.
